  7. a statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge,
  8. and a statement that you are acting in good faith.

If your complaint is incomplete, additional information may be requested before action is taken.

3. Review process

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, I may:

  • review the notice,
  • request additional information,
  • temporarily restrict, edit, clarify, or remove the relevant material,
  • or reject the complaint if the notice is insufficient or unsupported.

Submitting a notice does not automatically guarantee removal.

4. Good-faith handling

This website is operated in good faith and with the aim of responsible curation and lawful presentation. Where a complaint appears credible, practical interim steps may be taken while the matter is reviewed.

5. Misuse of the complaint process

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith complaints may be rejected. I reserve the right to preserve relevant records where necessary to protect against abuse or to defend legal rights.
