2. What your complaint should include

To allow prompt and fair review, please include:

  1. your full name and contact details,
  2. the exact URL or page where the material appears,
  3. a clear description of the material at issue,
  4. the legal basis of your complaint,
  5. proof that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder,
  6. where applicable, proof or explanation showing why the material is not lawfully usable as presented,
  7. a statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge,
  8. and a statement that you are acting in good faith.

If your complaint is incomplete, additional information may be requested before action is taken.

3. Review process

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, I may:

  • review the notice,
  • request additional information,
  • temporarily restrict, edit, clarify, or remove the relevant material,
  • or reject the complaint if the notice is insufficient or unsupported.

Submitting a notice does not automatically guarantee removal.

4. Good-faith handling

This website is operated in good faith and with the aim of responsible curation and lawful presentation. Where a complaint appears credible, practical interim steps may be taken while the matter is reviewed.

5. Misuse of the complaint process

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith complaints may be rejected. I reserve the right to preserve relevant records where necessary to protect against abuse or to defend legal rights.

6. Scope

This policy applies to content published directly on this website. For third-party platforms linked from this website, including external video platforms, you may also need to use the complaint procedures of the relevant third-party service.

7. No waiver of rights

Nothing in this policy constitutes an admission of liability, a waiver of legal defenses, or a recognition that any particular complaint is valid unless confirmed after review.
